Thought of the Week

ThoughtsIt is easy to believe the things we think in our own heads. Often those thoughts sting worse than comments made by others. It is important to remember that just because we think something it doesn’t make it true. Challenge your own thoughts, especially the negative ones. Look at the evidence that supports or contradicts your thoughts. Thinking it doesn’t mean you have to believe it.
