Tip of the Week – Talking Out Loud

Talk Out LoudIt turns out that talking out loud to yourself may not mean you are crazy! Research from Lund University in Sweden suggests that not only are our thoughts not always clear in our minds before we speak them but that saying our thoughts aloud may play an important role in helping us actually figure out what it is we mean. So, the next time you can’t quite get those thoughts together in your head try talking about them out loud. Hearing what you have to say may just help you figure out what you mean.
