Tip of the Week – Laughter

Laughing CatHow would you like to have a better immune system, reduce your risk of heart attack and stroke, experience less pain during dental work and live longer? Research suggests that people who use humor to cope with stress get all of those benefits. Researchers recommend people laugh for 15 minutes a day. So don’t feel guilty when you watch those funny cat videos online. Just laugh and know you are doing it for your health!
