stop smokingNew research suggests that quitting smoking may be just a good for your mental health as it is for your physical health. Smokers that stopped smoking had a significantly lower rate of mental health issues after they stopped smoking. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression or other mental health issues you now have another powerful reason to stop smoking.
