dog_at_laptop-resized-600New research by the American Academy of Neurology found that watching a video of a task being performed before you do the task yourself can improve motor skills and brain plasticity (the ability of your brain to adapt and be flexible). So, give yourself a boost the next time you are ready to start a new project. Watch a video of it being done first.
